Terms & Conditions

To book your trip, we send you a registration form detailing the participants, the tour and the price of the trip, which you must return signed (by email). The booking of the trip implies that you have read our terms and conditions of sale.

INTRODUCTION

The sales of stays or services effected by NOBLE EXPLORER are governed by the present general conditions of sale. Any customer booking, whether a private or professional individual, materialized by the signature of a registration form, implies the acceptance of these conditions of sale and the adhesion to all the articles that compose them and the information contained in the travel documents provided by NOBLE EXPLORER.

PRICING POLICY

Our prices are fixed and all taxes included. For tailor-made services, the price will be fixed on a quote valid for 15 days. Beyond this deadline, if the customer has not booked yet, a new quote must be delivered. Prices and programs can only be maintained subject to their availability at the time of acceptance of the quote. In case of unavailability, we will establish a new quote. Every offer details which services are included and not included in the price. We are a local travel agency with ethical principles. Our prices ensure a fair remuneration for our guides, drivers, cooks, muleteers, hosts, artisans … Our main goal is paying local service providers at the fair price to ensure them a sustainable income, in keeping with the quality of service provided. We do not pull prices down to ensure you a high quality of service.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

To confirm the booking, we need:

  • a confirmation of acceptance of our offer, by signing the registration form. You must send us by e-mail the form filled-out, initialed and signed.

  • a deposit of 30% of the total price of the trip, and 100% of the amount of airline tickets and fees (if you have asked for this option), according to the payment terms defined below.

If you book less than 30 days before the date of the beginning of the trip, we ask you to pay the total price of the trip, according to the methods of payment defined below.

The balance of the service must be paid no later than 30 days before the beginning of the stay.

NOBLE EXPLORER reserves the right to charge a processing fee for any program modification requested by the customer and occurring after the booking. These fees are independent of the cost differential of the modified feature.

PAYMENT TERMS

The payment of trips and services is made only by bank transfer to the account of our agency, in the currency of your country of origin. That’s why we indicate our bank tranfer information on all our invoices.

Before receiving your deposit or balance payment, we will sent you an invoice by email, a payment reference. 

Certain services can be booked during the stay on simple request (concierge, sports and craft activities) depending on the tours. These services will be paid in cash on-the-spot.

CANCELLATION

If for any reason you have to cancel a service, you must inform NOBLE EXPLORER as soon as possible by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt sent to NOBLE EXPLORER Imm A4 App N°7 Residence Qadissia Al izdihar Marrakech – MOROCCO, or by email at info@noblexplorer.com

The cancellation of a booked service, except in special cases mentioned below, gives rise to the following conditions:

  • Cancellation between 45 and 31 days before departure: 30% of the total amount of the service

  • Cancellation between 30 and 21 days before departure: 50% of the total amount of the service

  • Cancellation between 20 and 9 days before departure: 75 % of the total amount of the service

  • Cancellation less than 8 days before departure: 100% of the total amount of the service

  • Cancellation or interruption during the trip or service: no refund, the full price of the service remaining to NOBLE EXPLORER.

If you have a cancellation insurance, these expenses will be refunded by your insurance, on valid reasons.

SPECIFIC INFORMATION

Before booking, make sure to give us the names, first names, full details, date of birth, nationality and passport number of the participants of the trip as mentioned in their passport and as you mention them on all other administrative documents.

After booking, we will also ask you information about your insurance (Assistance number, contract …).

ADMINISTRATIVE FORMALITIES IN MOROCCO:

Passport valid (still valid at least 6 months after your return date) for EU and Swiss nationals. Tourists can travel Morocco up to 3 months without Visa.

INSURANCE

NOBLE EXPLORER has taken out professional liability insurance with AXA ASSURANCE MAROC (registered number 380 2015 3 01370.

This guarantee does not replace the guarantees that each traveler must subscribe individually and voluntarily.

Booking with us implies that you have a comprehensive insurance: cancellation, illness, accidents, natural disasters, repatriation …Having a copy of your assistance policy will allow us at any time to get in touch with your insurer if necessary.

LIABILITY

NOBLE EXPLORER can not be held liable for the consequences of the following events:

  • Loss or theft of airline tickets (airlines do not issue duplicates).
  • Failure to present or presentation of identity and / or sanitary documents that are out of the expiry date or insufficiently valid (identity card, passport, visas, vaccination certificate, etc.) In case of registration failure (including late boarding), 100% of the total amount of the trip will be retained as a fee.

Non-compliance with regulations and police and health formalities.

Incidents or unforeseeable and insurmountable events of a third party unrelated to NOBLE EXPLORER such as: wars, political unrest, strikes, technical incidents due to the condition of the runway a precise time, overcrowding of the airspace, inclement weather, delays , breakdowns, loss or theft of luggage or other effects.

The delay (s) that result from the cases mentionned above, as well as the itinerary modifications that may result from it, won’t result in any compensation, especially as a result of the modification of the duration of the program initially planned or a flight connection delay. Any additional costs related to a disruption (tax, hotel, parking, …) will remain the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation due to unpredictible events (force majeure) and / or for reasons related to the safety of customers and / or on the orders of an administrative authority. NOBLE EXPLORER reserves the right to change the dates, times or routes provided in case your security could not be ensured.

Given the off-the-beaten track and adventure nature of our trips, each participant must be aware of the risks he may run, especially due to the remoteness of medical centers. Each participant assumes these risks with full knowledge and undertakes not to make NOBLE EXPLORER, the guides or the different service providers responsible for any accidents that may occur.

Each participant must comply with the rules of caution and follow the advice given by the guide and / or the driver. NOBLE EXPLORER can not be held responsible for accidents that are due to individual imprudence of a member of the group.

The service providers to whom NOBLE EXPLORER can call for the creation and implementation of their stays have their own responsibility and insurance. NOBLE EXPLORER can not be confused with these same providers.

NOBLE EXPLORER declines any responsibility in case of theft, loss or deterioration of your luggage and personal effects that may occur during your trip.

NOBLE EXPLORER can not replace the individual responsibility of each participant.
